I like this. I think it explains a lot of the missing pieces in the loyalty puzzle. And I'd agree that since 2020 everything has changed! Q

The word Consumorphosis is apt, and a great way to describe the shifting behaviors of today's modern customers. it's a challenge for brands - how to follow the customer and know how to react to their moments and contexts.
