UNCX

Welcome.

The UNCX series explores the disruptive consumer, and how their behaviours in a world of shifting identity fluidity and modes drives greater loyalty than brand love. Our work connects experience and brand strategy with consumerorphosis and time as the new currency of value.

The Intelligent Interfaces series explores how emerging technologies are transforming what it means to be human in a world run by intelligent systems, from personal AI agents and predictive ecosystems to emotion-aware design and digital identity. And because bold thinking requires resilience, we also share evidence-based practices in wellness and biohacking to sustain personal clarity and performance.

I also publish Intelligent Interfaces, exploring how AI is quietly reshaping human identity, trust, and decision-making. Interfaces are no longer just screens—they’re becoming identity infrastructures that filter what we see, shape what we believe, and even choose on our behalf.

Together, UNCX and Intelligent Interfaces demonstrate how AI and consumer behaviour intersect, disrupt brands, and how you can navigate what’s to come.

No old playbooks or bullshit from the bubble factory that disguises and sustains a dysfunctional status quo.

No magic wands, hyperspace missions, or moonshots to save humanity, I’m afraid.

If you’re curious about new models, thinking and strategies, and how social forces - the ways we work, play, spend money and use technology - are dramatically challenging brands and are changing consumer behaviours, then join the other decision-makers, founders, C-level executives and thought leaders wanting to reshape the modern experience landscape and questioning the established truths here.

And the best news?

  • It’s all free.

  • No BS, self-promotion, jargon and hidden agendas.

  • Straight talk and thinking that will make you smarter and inspired.

Hi, I’m Michael.

British, living between Athens and London. Three decades of executive leadership in CX, working across four continents, with big brands, managing over 100 million consumers.

I’m a CX strategist, a tech and a behavioural nerd. I’m also a certified (ICF) leadership coach working with CX leaders and teams and senior business leaders).

I’m also an average private pilot, tennis nut, and good chess player. It should be the other way around, but my directional sense is bloody awful!
